About this session

AI is reshaping how we build, work, and grow companies — but most founders and operators don’t need another polished keynote. They need a room where they can ask honest questions, share what’s actually happening on the ground, and help shape what comes next.

AI in Startups: Community Roundtable Listening Session is a live, facilitated conversation for founders, builders, operators, investors, and ecosystem partners who want to explore how AI is really showing up in their work today.

We’ll create space for you to:

  • Share what’s working (and what isn’t) as you experiment with AI in your startup

  • Surface real challenges around skills, hiring, tools, data, and ethics

  • Learn from peers who are using AI for product, operations, customer experience, and fundraising

  • Identify what resources, training, and community support would actually help you move forward

  • Shape how the Louisville startup and AI ecosystem can better support companies at every stage

This is not a lecture. It’s a listening session. The goal is to leave with clearer language, shared patterns, and concrete ideas we can act on together — so that Louisville’s AI and startup community grows in a way that is practical, inclusive, and rooted in real needs, not just trends.
