About this session
Write a Job Description for an AI Agent
You wouldn’t hand a new hire your bank login and say “figure it out.” So why do we treat AI that way?
In this hands-on session, you’ll write a job description for an AI agent: what it does, what it can touch, what it must never do, and when it has to ask you first. Then we’ll test it live. An AI agent works the books of a made-up Louisville sign shop. It writes a Monday money brief, sorts a card statement with planted traps (a duplicate charge, a personal purchase, likely fraud) and chases overdue invoices. You vote on every reminder before it goes out: approve, reject or ask a human. We’ll watch a weak job description fail, then fix it with the room’s rules.
No coding and no sales pitch.
What you’ll leave with: A job description you wrote for your first AI agent, a blank template card to write the next one, and the rules the room came up with.
What to bring: A real task from your business you’d like to hand off. A pen. A laptop is optional; you won’t need one.
