About
Andie Hines-Lagemann works at the intersection of entrepreneurship, ecosystem building, and wellbeing. As Director of Engagement and EQ Practitioner at Elevate Ventures, she connects founders and ecosystem builders across Indiana and leads initiatives that strengthen innovation, expand access to resources, and support high-potential startups. She’s also the founder of Tidewater Coaching, where she helps entrepreneurs, leaders, and teams build emotional intelligence and navigate growth, change, leadership, and burnout with greater clarity and intention. Andie has been coaching entrepreneurs and working in startup ecosystems since 2014. She holds a Master’s in Positive Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University and certifications in emotional intelligence and behavior.
