Help make Startup Week Louisville happen

November 16–20, 2026. Volunteers keep the week running: they welcome people, keep sessions on time and help wherever it's needed. Give a few hours or a few days, whatever works for you.

  1. Step 1: Tell us how you'd like to help

    Registration, greeting, rooms, setup, photos, or wherever you're needed.

  2. Step 2: Pick the times that work

    Answer yes, maybe or no for each shift time, and say how much you'd like to do.

  3. Step 3: Get your shifts

    We'll confirm each shift by email with where to go and who to find, and remind you before it starts.
