Jonathan Vanderford
Jonathan Vanderford is an engineering leader and founder who helps early-stage and growth-stage companies turn complex ideas into products that actually ship — and teams that can sustain the pace. Over the last decade and a half, he’s led engineering and product teams across healthcare, SaaS, and regulated industries, most recently as VP of Product Engineering at Kyndly and VP of Engineering at RxLightning. Before that, he built and scaled Agent Ally, creating tools that made selling and shopping for Medicare plans faster and easier for agents and consumers. Earlier roles as a Principal Platform Architect, Product Development Manager, and Sales Trainer give him a rare blend of technical depth, systems thinking, and frontline commercial experience.
